We can provide many aspects of Consultancy from daily/weekly on site involvmenet to consultancy sessions or even external support and advice. A common comission is an Excel based consultancy in which we create a new tailor made set of excel spreadsheets from scratch, with a colleague to improve accuracy and effeciency.  All tools, techniques and maintenence will be learned so you can be self sustaining and add new items on your own. We'll always be there to support you though...

We can also offer Spreadsheet writing offsite, in which we take the burden off you and deliver a quality, accurate system with agreed upfront targets and outputs.

New Starter Training - we can work with you to ensure any new member of staff has the correct skills to be comfortable and be able to run with your current set up and IT requirement. This can be Excel, Word, Office 365, SharePoint or just computer skills.

With a full Business Improvement experience of over 25 years, we can deliver training and consultancy in this capacity.  We can be on site daily, provide training, mentoring or offsite ongoing advice. 

We have a full suite of training courses from 5S, Problem Solving, Visual Management to name a few.
